AEA conducts such matters in a manner that provides the same level of fairness to both the person lodging the complaint and the alleged perpetrator.  Far too often, investigation activities focus on the complainant to the detriment of the party being investigated. Whilst it is a formal investigation, AEA conducts the interviews in a manner that equally provides for all parties to openly speak.
