The AEA Team:
Principal
As a former SA Employment Ombudsman, Gary Collis has assembled a highly experienced team that provides services to organisations and individuals involved in workplace wellbeing.
Fiercely protecting his reputation for impartiality, Gary will inevitably ‘play a straight bat’ with every assignment. He will not take sides but rather use his impressive experience and manner to assess each circumstance in terms of its relationship to the Fair Work Act legislation, its rules and regulations.
It is this approach that ensures that Gary remains abreast of the current workplace environment. Gary Collis knows his ground and exactly what he’s talking about.
Gary has a long standing reputation for resolving difficult matters in a calm manner.
Operations
A working lifetime in sales and especially over the past three decades, senior Business Development roles, have enabled Sam Collins to stimulate, motivate and practice an incisive understanding of what honest service delivery and fair treatment look like.
This is underpinned by Sam's knowledge of how business development structures need to properly function and productive involvement of the necessary people who make it all work.
He's also highly organised, which is an essential trait when needing to keep these expert practitioner colleagues under control.
Sam is generally the 'first port of call' with enquiries and the 'last port of call' after assignments are completed.
